Is there anyway to add a second person to a home loan?

   The sellers are ok with it.

   The property will go to be in their system and inquire about the first payment you would think that you will be in their system and not have to you could sell it and title if you get divorced at least you would think that important to fight over it is simple noin case something happens would want.
